Exercise:
Use the illustration below as a model for a form
that you will create using XHTML form tags.
Do not worry about being totally precise; it is simply a exercise.
To get started, go to the
CS Dept FTP Server,
go inside the seminars folder
and then inside the webpages folder.
Copy these 2 files to a Workarea folder on your PC:
- formstart.html
- requestaction.asp
Using those files, the diagram below, and the tags shown in this seminar,
create an XMTML file that will generate a web page similar to the diagram.
