The bad Site!!!
www.oceanside-ca.com is a very bad website. The website features a splash page with animated gifs running the whole time. The background is also very fuzzy and hurts my eyes. The background also repeates itself on large screens. The site also plays a booming voice that says "welcome to Oceanside California". It scared me. It's bad enough to say welcome to my site on the front page, but to scream it at the visitor really sucks. The site displays hardware used to create that website and a link to the company that created and hosts the site. AHHHH. upon clicking the enter site button, the site plays terrible music automatically and the is no button to shut it off. My mouse is being followed by a rotating squiggly clock. Looking more closely i was greeted with a good morning as the first thing on the website. On the table of contents page which i was directed to, the first thing listed is their advertisers. Looking through all of the table of contents i now know tat this site is giving me hints and info on California. Upon navigatig some of the links i noticed that some of them do not even relate to California. Such as some of the webmasters favorite links. Im not sure if many people care about him/her. Every single new page i click on starts playing music and i thought it was done with on the first one. I think i recognize one of the songs from megaman for PS. There is also an option to search the website at the bottom but when clicking on it. It took me to a website with a completely different format but with the same name. All together this site is not very impressive, except what would i do without the hit counter? obviously i need to know if im the 690000 person.
