CS lab instructors have office hours in CL119 according to this schedule:

If any CS student experiences userid or password problems
with hercules or hyperion, they can get help from one of the full-time
lab instructors
(Alex Clarke, Guili Liu, Nova Scheidt, Catherine Song)
in CL119 during posted hours.
The lab instructors can't find out undergrad passwords, but they
can change them.
Please bring your student ID if you want your password changed.
