Hello,
I'm the project coordinator at EcoLiving, Brett Dolter. I read the article on the 100-mile diet and think it is a wonderful way to get people thinking about where their food comes from. Perhaps grocery stores like Eat Healthy Foods and Nature's Best could be interested in creating a labelling system for food produced within a 100-mile radius of Regina. It would be kind of like Fair-trade or Organic labelling except would highlight a specific locale e.g. 100-mile Regina SK.
Take care,
Brett
