[lofo List] data on world food production?

Hi;

I'm in touch with a school teacher in Saskatoon doing a math
lesson related to world food production.  Can anyone recommend
any sources of  existing data that could be analyzed by these students,
and included on posters, as part of Georges Vanier school and APEGS
'Building Your Future' Poster Series project.  Something that can
help the students ask deeper questions about the current industrial
