Peripheral Devices

This is by no means an all-inclusive collection of peripheral devices. It is simply a collection of various input devices that are interesting from an ergonomic perspective.

It has been found that some people sustain physical discomfort after prolonged use of a computer. Hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, and necks are particularly vulnerable to strain and possibly damage from extensive computer use.

Computer users should try to take period breaks from their work to minimize this strain. They can also consider input devices designed to reduce strain and fatigue.
