Dr. Chang N. Zhang has been at the University of Regina since 1990 where he is currently a Professor of the Department of Computer Science, and Adjunct Scientist with Telecommunication Research Labs (TRLabs). He received his B.S. in Applied Math from the Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX., USA.
