The page limit is EIGHT pages for regular papers and FIVE pages for short papers. Please do not number your paper. You should send your manuscripts in PDF format to the program chairs: jtyao@cs.uregina.ca and pawan@cs.stmarys.ca before September 26, 2003.
Please be noted that at least one of the authors should register before September 26, 2003 in order to guarantee your paper to be included in the workshop proceedings. The early registration deadline is on Sept 20, 2003. You don't have to register to the main conference if you only attend the workshop. The workshop registration fee is US$130 for IEEE members.
